Number of users

How many users do I need?

Umbrella is licensed by the total number of employees within an organisation. If you employ 80 people, you will need 80 user licences. If you have 140 devices, you will still only need 80 licences!



When will my subscription activate?

Subscriptions are usually activeted within 6-hours.



Can I add more users at a later date?

Yes. Simply email support@imatik.co.uk with the new total user count to add (or remove) users licences.
